9 cyclists met at 9:30 in The 100 Acre Brewery parking lot for a 31 km ride thru the rolling Otonabee countryside. From the brewery we cycled south on Crowley Line for a 5 km ride to Baseline Rd then west up to Dave & Judy Messervey's home in Stewart Hall where we were served coffee & home baked muffins on their new deck overlooking the Otonabee River valley. After the break we cycled south on Wallace Pt Rd to the bridge over the Otonabee R. where we decided to take a different route back to the brewery by turning around & cycling north on Wallace Pt Rd to Thorn Rd for a lovely ride thru woods then farmland on Galloway Rd & Cloverdale Rd to Base Line & back to Crowley. After the ride we enjoyed craft beverages & wood fired pizzas on a shaded deck overlooking a large lawn.
